The Supplement That Helped Me Sleep

When deciding to get on a fitness path we don’t just decide on the kind of fitness we are going to do we think about the whole lifestyle from food, sleep even what we are going to wear.

We think about Vitamins and Supplements and the best options for our fitness journey. Sometimes, vitamins and supplements can be really difficult to navigate:

  • What supplements or vitamins should I take?

  • When should I take supplements?

  • How do I take supplements? (eat | drink | mix)

  • What supplements and vitamins are right for me?

Prescription Not Required?

Vitamins and supplements don’t usually require a prescription and there are so many to choose from it truly is a difficult task trying to determine the best ones to take. There is no easy way to know which vitamin or supplement is the best to take - often Trial & Error is the only way to navigate the vitamin and supplement journey.

At the beginning of my personal fitness journey deciding which supplements and vitamins to take so that I could get a good night’s sleep and achieve the most effective workout was my top priority.

Melatonin researching, reading, and question asking were what it took for me to try it and have a successful outcome.

That said this doesn’t mean that Melatonin is right for everybody but it does mean that there are options out there.
