Drinking plenty of water before meals each day has been proven to help reduce Caloric Intake. While you can get a lot of water from the foods you eat, you will still need to drink water. Guidelines from the IOM (Institute of Medicine) suggest the following
“For men, the Institute of Medicine (IOM) recommends a total of 13 cups (about 3 liters) of fluid each day. For women, they suggest 9 cups (a little over 2 liters) of fluid each day. Pregnant women should drink about 10 cups of water daily. Those who breastfeed need about 12 cups.“
Remember each person’s fluid intake requirements are different, always talk to your doctor before engaging in any dietary regimen which includes Fluid Intake.

Having your food prepared and delivered is a great option for those who don’t like to cook or go to the grocery store all of the legwork is done for you.
Cheat With Foods You Love
Depriving yourself of certain foods can have a reverse effect and actually cause overeating or worse encourage you to return to poor eating habits. When it comes to your not-so-nutritious foods eat them but be thoughtful of how much you are eating and consider snacking on foods that are made with more wholesome ingredients.
Be Merry In Moderation
We all know that a night out with friends at the pub can be fun but on your next Pub Night remember this alcohol consumption can cause unwanted calories and get your appetite going. Lessen the amount of alcohol you consume and consider drinks like organic wine and cocktails that are a little more natural in how they are made.
